QuasarGrowthLab is not a service provider and does not itself perform any home improvement, legal, medical, insurance, or other services. QuasarGrowthLab does not endorse, recommend, sponsor, or approve any Advertiser listed on the Site. We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by Advertisers.

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to: • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms • Impersonate any person or entity • Collect or harvest user data without consent • Transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications • Upload or distribute viruses or malicious code • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Site • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or index the Site • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content

QuasarGrowthLab does not verify, license, bond, or insure the service providers listed on or referred through the Platform. Any reliance on information provided by Advertisers is at your own risk. You are responsible for independently verifying credentials, licensing, and insurance of any service provider before entering into any agreement. QuasarGrowthLab is not responsible for any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damages arising from your interaction with any Advertiser.

QuasarGrowthLab is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Connections made through our Platform with attorneys do not create an attorney-client relationship. QuasarGrowthLab does not verify attorneys' bar membership, credentials, or claimed specializations. Attorney advertising rules vary by state. Consult your state bar association for information about attorney certifications in your jurisdiction.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of QuasarGrowthLab or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

By submitting any content to the Site (including reviews, feedback, or business information), you grant QuasarGrowthLab a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any medium. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. QUASARGROWTHLAB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUASARGROWTHLAB'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00). IN NO EVENT SHALL QUASARGROWTHLAB BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to legal@quasargrowthlab.com. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
