This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California. It describes our practices under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

We use personal information to: • Fulfill service requests and match consumers with local providers • Enable Advertiser partners to contact you about your inquiry • Deliver marketing and promotional communications • Provide, maintain, and improve our Platform • Create and manage user accounts • Serve targeted advertisements on our Site and across the web • Detect fraud and ensure security • Comply with applicable law

4. Sharing and Sale of Personal Information

We may share personal information with Advertiser partners, service providers, and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We may also share data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, which may be considered "selling" or "sharing" under the CCPA.

In the preceding 12 months, we have shared the following categories of personal information: Identifiers, Customer Records, Commercial Information, Internet Activity, and Professional Information.

5. Your California Privacy Rights

Right to Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you, the sources, purposes, and third parties with whom it is shared.
Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., information needed to complete a transaction or comply with a legal obligation).
Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 6 below.
Right to Limit Sensitive Data Use: Request that we limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to what is necessary for providing our services.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights — including by denying services, charging different prices, or providing a different quality of service.

6. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To exercise this right, please complete the form below or contact us using the information in Section 7.

7. How to Submit a Privacy Request

We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will notify you and may extend the response period by an additional 45 days. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. To do so, provide written authorization. We may still require direct identity verification for your security.

8. Shine the Light

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact us at privacy@quasargrowthlab.com.
